Every web software (read: service) tends to attract users with interesting free features, which are usually only small part of entire application. Sometimes that free feature is small, but some developers allow big portion of application to be available for zero bucks and that's main dish for Webomatik!
When it comes to drawing Diagrams online, our favorite so far is definitely Gliffy. This web 2.0 service allows you to create flowcharts, network diagrams, floor plans, org charts, UML diagrams (very useful) and many more.
You are not able to save your work and download it onto your computer hard drive as free user, but you can sign up and you automatically get 30 days free trial ;) One great feature is to export your work as SVG vector file.
More on using Gliffy some other time. If you have experience with it, you can post about it on Webomatik, just contact.
Twitter has expanded very fast. Those early birds who managed to take accounts with good names may have some advantage, but as most cases show those accounts are mainly abandoned or used for wrong reasons. As we all know (and some of you still don't) Twitter doesn't allow selling or buying accounts and this activity can lead to suspension.
What about accounts which represent public stuff like countries and cities? Situation is similar and even those can be used for public info display, very few of them actually does and it all depends on individual will. That's a shame because Twitter has proved to be the best live 'as-it-happens' info medium ever and I can imagine hundred of good uses for cities and countries accounts.
Only imagine when natural disaster hits any city! Remember, Twitter is mobile phones enabled and valuable information can be distributed fast and to those in need.
Anyway, here are some European cities Twitter accounts with details like following / followers / tweets and if account is related with city activity, not related, set to private or suspended.

Twitter Tip #6 - Decide 2 Be Active
It is very bad practice to ignore your Twitter account for a week or two, instead decide to be active.
Make a list of daily tweets like this: 3 retweets, 2 @ conversations or questions, 2 cool web links.
Make a list and stick to it every day or use web service to tweet later.
